MR ULM’S FLIGHT.
PROSPECTS FADING. Received September 20, 1.40 p.m. LONDON, Sept. 19. Mr C. T. Ulm’s prospects of flying the Atlantic are fading in consequence of the weather, the latest forecast revealing the likelihood of a continuance of winds of 40 or 50 miles an hour, while the Cuban hurricane has rendered conditions worse.
