DISCUSSIONS AT OTTAWA. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (British Official Wireless.) Received February 24. 11.5 a.m. RUGBY, Feb. 23. Asked for an assurance that no commodities would be excluded from consideration at the Imperial Economic Conference and that the British, representatives would have a free hand in promoting agreements involving preference for any products, the Dominions Secretary, Mr J. H. Thomas, in the House of Commons replied that the conference obviously would discuss any proposal whicli tlie representative of any Dominion or other .country concerned might desire to bring forward. The Government in the United Kingdom would certairily not seek to exclude beforehand any proposals which might be made. The final decision of any Government must, of course, always be supported by general considerations involvel in its domestic policy. -
