GAMING LAW BREACH.
GISBORNE, Dec. 3.
For using his premises as a common gaming house, Thomas Robinson was fined £35 and Ernest Parfitt £ls by Mr Harper, S.M., to-day. On charges of betting Robinson was convicted and discharged, and a similar charge against Parfitt was dismissed.
