ALLEY TO MEET MEESKE. WELLINGTON, Nov. 4. The warrant which was issued for the arrest of Tom Alley, the wellknown wrestler, by Mr T. B. McNeil, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday morning, is to be withdrawn, Alley now having agreed to wrestle Meeske for the world’s light-heavy-weight championship. The warrant was issued to prevent Alley leaving for America until he fulfilled his contract by wrestling Meeske for the title. Yesterday articles were signed for the contest, which is to take place next week.
