POULTRY DESTROYED
Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Dec. 3. Early this morning a fowlhouse owned by Mr J. C. Nesfield, in Mount Albert, caught alight as the result of an incubator, which was heated _ by kerosene, bursting and setting alight to straw which littered the floor. Fifty grown birds and 100 chickens were burnt to death and four brooders were destroyed.
