WEALTHY ESTATE.
SYDNEY, ,April 4. Sir Adrian Knox, one of the two principal beneficiaries, under the will of the late Mr John Brown, the millionaire colliery owner, will receive Darbalara Station, near Gundagai. This property is worth at least £144,000, apart' from the stock and homestead. Darbalara is the home of the famous milking Shorthorns, which number 500.
Sir Adrian will also receive a legacy of £IO,OOO, and shares in coal-mining properties. . Mr Thomas Armstrong, the other beneficiary, is general manager for the firm of J. and A. Brown. • Leslie Bower, stud groom and manager of Darbalara Station, will receive a legacy of £7500.
