CONFERENCES IN LONDON. economic - problems. THIS YEAR’S MEETINGS. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (British Official Wireless.) Received February 22, 11.5 a.m. RUGBY, Feb. 21. It is considered probable that economic rather than political problems will be the main concern of the Imperial Conference, which will open on September 30 in London, and that the work of the Imperial Economic Conference, which will meet about the same time, will be merged in it. The Colonial Conference, which will deal with questions in connection with the administration of Crown Colonies, will also meet in London this year probably June or July. The last Colonial Conference was held in 1927, and as on that occasion the Governors and Administrators will bo the chief delegates.
