LINER FRANCONIA.

TROUBLE AT SHANGHAI. (Australian Press Association.) SHANGHAI, April 10. - Because of a swift ebb tide, the Franconia, which has 600 world tourists aboard, rampaged in the harbour at sailing time this morning. The Franconia’s moorings fouled her plopellor, compelling the hasty transference of two Italian destroyers and a Japanese freighter from the vicinity. The damage is negligible and the Franconia is expected to sail on to-night’s tide.
