LEVY ON SALARIES. DEFIANCE IN NEW SOUTH WALES. , Received April 11, 9.15 a.m. SYDNEY, April 11. A caucus of the State Labour Party decided to defy the Australian Labour Partv on the question of the levy of one half per cent, on the salaries of Labour M.P.’s, which was imposed recently by the Australian Labour Party in order to aid the fighting funds.
