PUNJABI RESIDENTS. FRANCHISE WANTED IN ■ CANADA. (Australian Press Association.) Received April 11, 9.15 a.m. VANCOUVER, April 10. Before the National Council of Education to-day, Rev. C. F. Andrews, an associate of the Rabindranath Tagore, expressed the desire that Canada and India exchange Agents-General 'and see that Punjabi,-, residents m Canada had the franchise as in Australia and New Zealand, thus fostering a better Empire feeling.
