RED ARMY.
NUMBER OF WOMEN OFFICERS. LONDON, Oct. 15. Vorosliiloff, Russian Commissar of War, states that there are already 72 women officers in tlie Red Army. Eight have passed a staff examination and 19 participated in the pan-Soviet shooting contests, showing great skill with revolvers. —Times.
