SYSTEM OF RATING.
POLL AT CARTERTON. Per Press Association. CARTERTON, April 22. A poll was taken yesterday on the question of reverting to the system, of rating on the capital value or continuing the ’ present system of rating on unimproved value. The voting resulted: Cnpifal value 201, unimproved value, 246. The votes recorded numbered 447. The roll number is 780.
