£90,000 FRAUD
SWINDLED FRIENDS. GET-RICH-QUICK LADY. NEW YORK, Alarch 27. Airs Grace Bango has been arrested for swindling friends to tho extent of £90.000. She told acquaintances that, as an employee, she was abio to buy American Telephone Company’s stock at under par. They flocked into tho scheme taking her receipts ; but getting no stock! She paid dividends regularly out of capital, and spent tho remainder in luxurious living . One victim insisted on getting the stock and complained to the police. Airs Bange claims that she lias less than £IOOO left.
