SAAR BASIN.
FRENCH EXACUATION.
NEW YORK, April 2. A Paris message announces that the Government has ordered the complete evacuation of the Saar Basin by French troops which have been maintaining order under a section of the League Commission until the recruitment of local gendarmerie, who are now organised.—A. and N.Z. cable.
