WORLD COURT.
AMERICA’S DECISION.
WASHINGTON, April 3. A Note declining the League of Nations’ invitation to the World Court conference in Geneva will be forwarded early in the week by the Secretary of State, Mr F. B. Kellog. Instead of meeting other nations in conference to discuss the American reservations to the Court, the United States continue direct negotiations with the signatories of the Court Protocol.—lteuteiv
