SCOTTISH MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS
MODERATES’ SUCCESS
Received November 5, 10.00 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 4. The complete returns of tile Scottish municipal elections reveal comparatively little change in the parties as a whole. A feature has been the success of the Moderates in the Clydebank where they made a clean sweep, gaining four from' Labour. Communist candidates were routed in every constituency.
