MR GREEN OF RUAKURA. DISSATISFACTION IN WAIKATO. HAMILTON, July 10. The manager of the lluakura State Farm of Instruction, Mr A. W. Green, who has received notice of his transfer to Hawke’s Bay, and leaves Ruakura on July 18, came to Ruakura 18 years ago. For eight years he was plant breeder and was in charge of the horticultural section on the farm. For the last 10 years he has been manager. Ho is a popular and able olfieial, and lias done a great deal of work in promoting tile interests of dairying and agriculture in the Waikato. He and Mrs Green have been associated with practically every movement having for its object the promotion of the welfare of Hamilton and the district. Strong feeling has been expressed concerning liis transfer.
