CEREAL CROWING.

The majority report of the Royal Commission on agriculture proposes to continue the principle of guaranteeing the minimum price for cereals, based on a sliding scale estimated on the average cost of cereal production in coming years. Tho minority report opposes tho guaranteed prices and alleges that there have been instances of farmers profiteering.
