Mr Massev, speaking to-day on Earl Greys Dominion House (London) proposals, said : "New Zealand lias taken no action with reuard to the proposed Dominion House scheme. As a matter of fact, we have arranged lor new offices ro be erected on a prominent site in the Strand, the foundation stone of which will be hud shortly by His Majesty tho King."
