(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Sept. 3. Mr M. Myers, on behalf of Captain Caunco, has asked for a re-hearing of tho enquiry into the wreck of the Devon. He points out that Captain Caunce is unable to lodge the necessary security for an appeal against the Court's decision in the ordinary way. *
