SYDNEY, Sept. 5. _ In tlw Assembly, Speaker Willis announced the receipt from Mr Perry of a writ claiming £IOOO against himself and the Sergeant-a-t-Arms. On the motion of Mr McGowen, Prime Minister, tho House decided that tho Speaker and the Sergeant-at-Anns bo allowed to plead, and the Attorney-General was instructed to defend them. _ The censure debate is proceeding quietly.
