DROWNED IN A HARBOUR.

(Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, April 12. The naked body of a man was'found floating in Lyttelton Harbour this morning. It was in an advanced stage of decomposition, and had lost the head and one leg, and had evidently been in the water for many weeks. A piece of cloth round the loins looked iike the remnants ofjaathing trunks, and it is surmised* 1 that the body was that of a man diiavned while bathing. There has been *«o recent accident of the kind at Lyttelton, but it is suggested that the body may be that of the second of the two lads named Lee, drowned on New Brighton Beach on February 6.
