TREATMENT TO BE MITIGATED
(By Electric Telegraph—Covybight.) (Peb Pbess Association.) Received March 16, 12.45 a.m. LONDON, March 15. Mr Winston Churchill announced in the House that a regulation would be introduced permitting the mitigation of the treatment of the suffragettes in prison.
