LADY DUDLEY IMPROVING.

Lady Dudley has been restless, but her medical attendant reports that as yesterday was anticipated to be the critical period this is not surprising. The doctor added that under all the circumstances the improvement now noted is as great as could reasonably be expected. Lady Dudley passed a good night, and is progressing satisfactorily.
