ST. PETERSBURG, Nov. 19. A run occurred on the St. Petersburg Saving's Bank. There was insufficient funds at many branches to meet the demand. Immediately the larger banks formed a syndicate and purchased all the shares, ofr'erin£ them on the Bourse. This checked the panic. •
