Train Wrecking in Poland.
(Received November 20, at 8.36 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, Aov. I<J. One thousand workmen at Skaryaka, in Poland, held up a goods train, dynamited a bridge, cut the telegraphs, and tore up the rails. A regiment has been sent to patrol the line.
The Czar has appointed Baron Salza, commanding the troops at Htolsingfors, as Acting-Governor of Finland, without consulting Count de Witte.
