Russian prisoners at Kobe, in Japan, are divided into Imperialists and revolutionaries. Serious/ conflicts have occurred between the two parties. Many have been killed and wounded on both sides.

General Danie'loff, who was entrusted with repatriation, has been ordered to repatriate no more sailors at present, only soldiers.
