The proprietors of nine lines ot vessels, employing tonnage amounting m the aggregate to 3,000,000, support the scheme for making a second Suez Canal. The Standard Oil works, Jersey City, United States, have been struck by litjhtaing, and half-a-million barrels of oil burned. Six lives were lost m the; conflagration. J Sixty thousand troops are now assembled m Moscow for the Czar's Coronation. Sir John Popo Hennessy has sailed far Mauritius to assume the Governorship. Prince Bismarck* is reported to be quite exhausted by the violence of constant neuralgia. The Right Hon. Mr Dodson's new Bill compels landlords to pay outgoing tenants the value of their improve-*---ments to incoming tehnants. Mr Hervard, M;P. for Bedfordshire, will move its rejection. - J "
