The British Queen.

The New Zealand Shipping Company's steamer British Queen arrived m Wellington on Sunday afternoon, after a passage of 50 days, from Plymouth. She bringß 415 passengers for all ports, of which 213 are for Wellington. Un« fortunately f eight cases ot measles occurred on the voyage, and she therefore hid to go into Quarantine. She called at Teneriffe and ihe Cape of Good Hope on the passage, making the run to the latter port m 23 days, and thence m 26 days. The British Queen reports that on the 25th April, m 40.40 south and 64. 42 east, she spoke the barque Euripes, 60 passengers, from Natal to Adelaide, short of provisions, and bordering on starvation.
