ROAD CYCLE RACE.
The 12 mile road cycle race will be held to-morrow at 5.15 p.ra. First and second prizes will be awarded for the contest and also for the following Wednesday’s race. The course to-morrow will be once round the cemetery block and seven times round the Johnston St. block. The following are the handicaps:— D. Knott scr, C. Shortt, Bayliss, K. Martin 40sec, C. Huff 55sec, G. Coley, P. Honour, D. Satherley, E. Cunningham 65sec, J. Smith 70see, 11. Huff, Leslie Coley 85sec, Marshall, Fi. Robinson, W. Newth, J. Gupwell f)ssec, I. Wright, B. Newth 120seo, G. Aldridge 135 sec, Newson, 155 sec, Porfitt, E. Coley 4^min, Sharpe smin. The Management of the Royal Theatre are donating a month’s free pass to the winner of each Wednesday road cycle race.
