The Last Novelties.
Several novelties were broifgbltiut by the street vendors in Paris to celebrate the Russian Fetes, and some of them were pretty, whilst others were amusing. -On&Jjs£ the best was a card on whio&lSe depicted a French and Bußsiftn sailor. You pull a string and round the edges of the card appearfour yillianous looking individuals '.^ioliwere labelled, so that they mayi be; the better identified, Chouorodttmann, Tzigaros, BuU, and Macaroni. -J Another pull at the Btnn&'ikn| there appears over the top the figure of a workman bearing in hirhands two lanterns, one in the Bussjan colours and one in the FrenchV. He" was labelled " Populo," and thf moment he comes in sight the four disappear with amazing rapidity. <
