REORGANISING THE POLISH ARMY.
WARSAW, Aug. 1
The Polish armistice delegates met the Bolshevist delegates on the Brest-Litovsk-Barinovitchi road on the evening of the- 30th. The French military mission in Warsaw reports that the Bolshevists and Germans are negotiating at Suwalki.
General Haller has taken over the command of the northern ■, group ot Polish armies. This is the first step in the reorganisation of the Polish army. French officers have assumed all the important technical services.
