POLITICAL EXILES.

A complaint was made last week by an authority on Russia of the presence of anarchists in Australia. They are attracted, he states, owing to the perfect freedom and liberty prevailing here. The same authority alleges that several Terrorists of the worst kind have been allowed to enter Australia. The curious thing about them is that while in their own country they rarely go out without a bomb in, one pocket and a revolver in the other, here they seem to lose their habits of defiance to authority. Some bombs recently used in Australia, the authority referred to asserted, were the work of a Russian Terrorist now here.
