[press association.] AUCKLAND, May 16. The Norwegian barque Inglewood, which loaded kauri gum at Auckland in October last for New. York, was totally destroyed by fire and explosion on March 28 on her way from New York to Stockholm. Captain Svensen was ashore at the time, but the crew were aboard. Only the first officer, steward and sailmaker were saved.
