[PBESS ASSOCIATION.] NEW PLYMOUTH, Aprjl 18. A fire destroyed Harrison's saddler's shop at Toko, near Stratford, and also a billiard/saloon and a fruit shot)
occupied by Mrs Flynnj and the post ' office. A good deal of stock was saved, and. also postal records. Harrison was badly burned while endeavouring to extinguish the fire.
