Auckland, May 23. Tn the Divorce Court, in the case of Heinitz, telegraphist, of Wellington, formerly of Auckland, evidence was given that three private, detectives, including Fong, Chinese interpreter, watched the respondent's house, where the co-respondent Wilson and other men visited frequently. They crawled under the house and listened to a conversation in a bedroom which they overheard. A connter-charge o£ adultery against Detitioner was not proceeded with, "as both, counsel agreed that the aueation whether petitioner's conduct conduced to adultery was for the Judge to Hecide. The case is pro eeeding. Later. In the Heinitz divorce case tlie petition was dismissed with costs.
