THE EXPLOSION ON THE ARGO.
♦ DANGEROUS COAL. [UNITED PBESB ASSOCIATION.] Received July 26, 1 a.m. Stbnby, July 25. The Government analyst stated at the inquest yesterday that the coal from the mine which loaded the barque Argo, is of a fiery character, and contained fire damp. It would, he says, probably be more likely to explode than other coal.
