[UNITED PBBS3 ABBOOTATIOH.] Received July 26, noon. Brisbane, July 26. The Budget shows the revenue to hava fallen short of the estimate by £222,000, and is attributed chiefly to decrease m taxation. The deficiency now standa at £1,566,800, but the greater part of this is covered by treasury bills. The estimated revenue cf the coming year ie £3,375,500, and the expenditure £3,378,690.
