THE LAND PURCHASE BILL. [UNITKD PHESS ASSOCIATION.] London, June 6. The Irish Land Purchase Bill has been under further consideration, and a new clause adopted giving tenants evicted five years before the passiDg of the Act the right to purchase their former holdings within six months of the measure becoming law. Mr Balfour intends to propose on Thursday that the operation of the Crimes Act be suspended m Ireland. London, June 8. Mr Parnell addressed a * meeting of 20,000 people at Dublin, and was enthusiastically received. He said he intended to ask that Mr W. O'Brien should be allowed to audit the funds of which he has exclusive control. ' . •'
