SURRENDER OF THE ITATA. (united press association.) Valparaiso, June 6. The Itata has surrendered 5000 rifles to the authorities at Iquique. The Chilian Minister m Bolivia has been withdrawn. The English and French legations at Santiago, the capital of Chili, have, been burned. _ o June 8. ■ There is some excitement at Iquique owing to the American Admiral taking away the Itata without discharging her arms.
