Wedding Bells.
FORSTER—PEMBERTON. At All Saints’ Church, Matamata, on Thursday, June 15, the marriage took place of Charles Inglis Fairfax, only son of Mr.'and Mrs. H. Forster, of Wistow, Huntingdon, England, to Eleanor Inez, third daughter of Mr. S. Pemberton and the late Mrs. Pemberton, of Temuka. The bridesmaids were Miss Nora Pemberton and Miss Joan MarshallInman, and Mr. A. L. Mason acted as best man and’ Mr. D. G. Mason as groomsman. The Rev. J. W. Burley was the officiating minister. The bride wore a dainty and becoi.' ing frock of ivory silk net, with full skirt, and tiny frills of georgeite spaced up the skirt and on the tight-fitting bodice. A handsome old lace veil was held in place with a wreath of orange blossoms. The bridesmaids were becomingly attired in long graceful frocks of blush pink crinkled crepe, with velvet shoulder capes and toques to match. After the ceremony a reception was held -at Clubb’s restaurant.
