fPim Press Association.] WELLINGTON, November 26The Commission appointed by the Government to make recommendations as to the number and distribution of totalisator permits for the next racing season will hold a preliminary meeting at Parliament Buildings on Tuesday morning. The itinerary and matters of procedure will be discussed, and tho Commission will also decide whether it 3 sittings will be open to the Press.
