PROPERTY SALE, Messrs Tonks, Norton and Co., Ltd., instructed by the Publio Trustee, yesterday sold by publio auction, in their rooms, 105, Hereford Street, a property situated at the corner of Durham Street and Armagh Street, comprising one-quarter of an acre, and a dwelling of ton rooms. After spirited bidding, the property was sold for £2500, to Mr George Simpson, Christchurch. MOTOR-CAR SALE.
