.MEETING OF EXECUTIVE. K well attended meeting of tho executive of the wholesale and retail section was held in Mr Nordon s office last evening, Mr S..A. It wa.s decided to ask section secretaries to meet and' compare their IS The motor and cycle travellers' section reported that sub-committees had been appointed, and many substantial promises of support wore received. The sub-committees- were as toUows:--Mo-tor-car travellers, Messrs H. J. Ranger. D. Crozier, A\ . Scott, \\. \auIhan and' J. S. Pearson; motor-eye e travellers. Messrs J. H. Suckling.-H. J. Baron, U. B. Brown and I. Jones; evele travellers, Messrs C. S. Orr, 11. Jones and T. Adnams. Ihe Coal Section l'und Committee reported having decided to close the fund on. March 21, as originally arranged. , ~ • . 'Messrs W. Strange and Co. s employee's forwarded £IOO, their first in. staimeht to the retail sections fund. " The grocers' section reported good nro'-'ros" and that the district had been subdivided for an energetic canvass.
