TO TIIE EDITOR. Sir.—ln answer to "Aviary’s’ request for a remedy to stop a cockatoo from pulling out his feathers, i can assure him that, a hard piece of mutton fat. always available in the cage will break any ordinary bird of this pernicious habit. As to whether it will stop “Aviary’s" bird from pulling the feathers off the top of his head with his beak. ] confess I am “ frazzled."— I am, otc., BARK TOXIC.
