ARREST OF AZIZ BEY. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON, March 5, The newspapers urge Sir Edward Grey to use diplomatic influence to secure the release of Aziz Bey. He was arrested on contradictory charges, and there is an air of intrigue. The opinion is freely expressed in Constantinople that the incident will end similarly to that of Kavalky Mustapha. (Last month Aziz Bey, recently commander in Cyronica, was arrested for conspiracy against the Committee of Union. Although it was officially stated that Kavalky Mustapha committed suicide in his cell, it is believed that he succumbed to the police methods of extorting information concerning the doings of Sabacdkin and other opponents of the present regime.
