The Tennis Association has informed England that America, and France have agreed to November for the Davis Cup, and that it will be very inconvenient to play the match in December. NEW ZEALAND ASSOCIATION. [Per Pkbss Association.] WELLINGTON, June 23. The Management Committee of the New Zealand Lawn Tennis Association met this evening. The amended rules of the English Association, passed in October, 1911, were adopted. A suggestion from the_ Australasian Association regarding banking tho Davis Cup funds was agreed to. It was reported that the Ayres lawn tennis hall had been adopted for the 1912 New Zealand championship meeting. Satisfactory arrangements had been made for placing in hand orders by the various clubs throughout New Zealand. An offer by the Australasian Association that the Australasian championsiip for 1912 should be played in New Zealand was accepted. The event is to be played about the end of December. An application for the lStt3 New Zealand championship received from the Auckland Association was deferred.
