WEATHER FORECASTS. The Dominion Meteorologist's summary and forecast is as follows:—Cool and changeable weather has been experienced generally. Showers havo fallen in most parts <-! tha country at times, and conditions have been squally in the northern and southernmost districts. Southerly and westerly winds, strong to galo in parts, havo prevailed, and tho barometer has risen everywhere. Present indications aro for a rising barometer everywhere, with strong westerly to southerly winds, cold and changeable conditions, with showers in parts. Mr J. W. Paulin's forecast is as follows: — Squally gales from south-west to west, cold ram; rain over back country, very unsettled.
