VON BULOW'S OPINIONS. United Press Association—xiy Electric Telegraph—Oopyright. BERLIN, July 22. Prince Von Bulow, interviewed by a French journalist, eaid that he rejoiced at the improved relations between France and Germany. He denied that Germany desired colonial expansion, and the strengthened fleet was only intended to protect tho Empire's commerce. Ho did not antioipate trouble between Japan and the United States, and, further, did not believe in the "Yellow Peril." The Japanese were too serious and sensible to threaten Europe.
