FUNERALS.
TH LATE MR HARMAN. The funeral of the late Mr R. J. S. Harman yesterday afternoon was attended by a very large number of personal friends of the deceased, and representatives of the many athletic and other Associations and clubs with Which he was connected. The cortege left Crohane, Windmill Road, shortly after two o’clock, for St Michael’s Church, where a choral service was conducted by the Bight Rev Bishop Julihs, assisted by the Rev Canon Averill and the Rev J. A. Julius. At the Barbadoes Street cemetery the Bishop and the Rev Canon Averill officiated. Among those present were:—Messrs R. De Benzi, T. De Benzi, William, Victor and Harold Harman, sons of the deceased, and Mr George Harris, a son-in-law, who were the pall-bearers ; Mr Edward Harman, brother of the deceased ; Messrs R. Maxwell and G. The vicar specially invites members of athletic bodies and those interested in Volunteering to be present. THE LATE MRS B. WESTENRA. The funeral of the late Mrs R. Westenra took place at Linwood Cemetery. The burial service was read by the Ven Archdeacon Lingard, and there were about 100 people present. Representatives attended from all the public bodies of which Mr Westenra is a member. Very many beautiful wreaths were sent.
